
This coffee comes to us from Ethiopia, specifically the Guji zone and Kercha district. We have quickly become obsessed with this coffee as spring has been knocking on our door. This coffee is a natural processed coffee which in short means that after the coffee cherry's were picked from the tree, the farmers left the fruit on as the seeds dried. This process leads to the coffee being naturally full of fruity, sweet, and unique undertones. Specifically we are tasting undertones of ripe strawberry, rose hip, and vanilla.
